On Saturday, June 7, 2025, we are expanding our literacy programs and launching the First Annual Englewood Summer Book Fest (ESBF), at our half-acre agriculture property in the Englewood community. Physically located within one block of a Chicago Public high school, elementary school and a Chicago Public Library, ESBF will work with community partners to promote a love of reading and fill up to 5,000 youth backpacks with books.
